Undefined symbol "_Unwind_GetIPInfo" on FreeBSD 6.0

Hi David. Well #1 is out due to segmentation faults - but there must be
a clue in this somewhere since 4.1 does not produce this problem and 4.2
does.
I guess I'll have to pick door #2 - but I am only programming in python
so it is likely to be challenging. I'll take a look at Jakub's patch as
you have recommended to try to read the sources and documentation to try
and understand how it works somewhat. Many thanks.
