GCJ 4.1.0 - 4.1.1 upgrade / random runtime issues

Hi list!
I install GCJ as a second GCC installation. My system GCC is 3.4.6.
After that upgrade my Java applications get unusable.
For example, Azureus starts but UI initialization fails.
Eclipse SDK does not start at all.
Are there any known issues with GCJ 4.1.1?
If not I just stay with GCJ 4.1.0.
May be a system GCC upgrade could help.
