If you take a look at the MinGW Java forum:
 http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=286533
you'll see that a lot of people are trying out GCJ on Windows
and care enough about it to post it to such fora. Ditto for
the GCJ mailing list.
I will try to help as much as possible with GCJ/MinGW. (I can
already picture Mohan going "Mwahahaha!".)
