compiling gcc-4.1.1 for windows on linux

I haven't had this problem, but from reading the configure output, it 
looks like your __GNU_MP_VERSION is out of date.
Maybe who wrote that script didn't expect someone to have a older 
version than 3, so he wrote "chocke me" there...
If you can wait until the weekend, you can have my build. I'll put it 
somewhere to download but have some things to clean up before...
