compiling gcc-4.1.1 for windows on linux

The instruction where very good. Problems during compiling always 
stopped me again (missing fastjar, needed /mingw, javac not found, ...).
As I said, I will post a description of the steps I needed at around the 
end of the week. Maybe you'll update your tutorial with the 4.1.1 
specific compiling bugs/problems...
