I wish I could help here, but my own suggestion of having a class
parameter for VMStackWalker.getCallingX() was rejected and I don't know
of an easy and reliable way to implement it without that.

O, yes, sorry. It is indeed just an empty file with GCJ LOCAL as comment
at the top now (attached).
