about tools.jar and jpeg replacements

For Fedora we use the 'java-gcj-compat' project. This is in the rhug
cvs repository, module (of course :-) java-gcj-compat.

Unfortunately the jpeg parts of javax.imageio haven't yet been written
-- this is one of the few remaining packages which is completely
missing. There were some patches to classpath in this area, but the
paperwork hasn't come through yet.
