On further reflection, adding a --with-gcj-dbtool configure
option makes sense. If configuring --with-gcj-dbtool then
build a kawa wrapper that loads kawa using the jar, assuming
the dbtool will find the matching .so file. Otherwise, make a
traditional executable.
I'm testing this now.
