gcj-4.2 (20060826) and gnu classpath

In this situation the test case is still "compile ecj" -- since the
bug occurs when running ecj. I was hoping for something smaller than
that...
Also, does it happen if ecj is interpreted? If it only happens when
ecj is compiled, what flags did you use?
