Someone registers thousands of Object's and MethodRef's (was/is: gc times doubling)

Me too! I'll go for it...
Nevertheless, just fixing the stupid old bug I have now saved ~150ms in 
each GC, resulting in GC times of 240-280 ms instead!
Implementing the new null-approach it will be even more beautiful - I'm 
so thrilled!
And ofcourse fixing this also saves me some 500-600 kb of precious ram 
(/14mb)!
But to finish this thread, thanks guys - you know who you are (I do: 
_Bryce, David, Hans, Rutger, and Tom_ [others?])!
