Are non-SJLJ exceptions busted on linux/x86?

FYI I cannot reproduce the interpreter failure, either on 32 or 64 bit 
x86. What glibc and binutils version are you using?
$ rpm -q binutils glibc
binutils-2.15.94.0.2.2-2
glibc-2.3.90-12
