RFC: Nuke xref code in GCJ

It is fine with me. AFAIK nobody has used this code in years.
As I recall it was written to support Source Navigator.
If it is important I would suggest someone write a gcjx back end to
generate this info. That would be simple and, most likely, more
robust.
