Agreed, if Apple changes the jni structures and doesn't look for compatibility 
with the other VMs, there is not much more gcj can do.

I doubt that this is going to get any better since the cat is out of the bag. 
If they change the jni structures again, they will break all the previously 
compiled JNI libs as well.
By the way, does anybody know if gcj is going to be part of Apple's gcc 
toolchain at some point ? At this time, they don't ship it.
