quick note on imports

I thought I'd send a note about planning the next Classpath import.
Mark has been talking about doing a Classpath release (or was it
freeze in preparation?) around Sep 4. So, it looks as though we could
import this version before GCC 4.1 Stage 3 ends (I don't see a date
for this on the web page fwiw, but it ought to be Sep 8 according to
the 2 month rule).
I'd imagine we'll have time for another import or two before 4.1
ships.
