a error when execution!

hello all,
I successfully compile my SWT application into native code which the
main function is edu.sysu.qftp.gui.FTPGUI.
when I execute it , the splash is show as normal ,but after that , the
error below occur:

what might I did wrong ? how can I fix it ?
