Wrestling with gcj 4.0 mingw win32

The MinGW "w32api" package for some reason...
Get the "w32api" package from http://www.mingw.org/
and extract it into the "i686-pc-mingw32" sub-folder
of "thisiscool-gcc/gcc-4.0". You can use WinZIP to
extract this package and answer "Yes to All" if
it prompts you if you want to overwrite files.
