Where is gnu.gcj.convert.Output_UTF8?

Hi there!
I wrote an applikation that talk via a servlet using UTF8-URLs, running under Linux (GCJ 3.3.3) I dont have any problems at all, however with the mingw-build (from thisiscool.com) I get the following error:
java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: UTF8 (java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: gnu.gcj.convert.Output_UTF8 not found
in [file:.,円 core:/])
I searched in gcj-3.4 sources for the file so I could link it to the app seperat but was not able to find it, in the whole GCJ-3.4 (orginial, not the source from thisiscool) there was no Output_UTF8.java or something else.
