When does MAIN-branch make it to release?

Hi there,
I just noticed that you recently released a new gcc (3.4.3) - great!
However, I am wondering when the changes in the main-branch make it into 
a release version?
Specifically, I'm thinking about the changes to java.util.Calendar and 
java.util.SimpleTimeZone which I can see is fixed in CVS, but haven't 
made it into the 3.4.3 source...
