I should add that I always consider the MinGW gcc/gcj build to be
the reference build. (http://www.mingw.org/). They always add
important after-the-fact MinGW-local patches. They've got 3.3
and 3.4 builds, for example. They don't do integrated SWT + SwingWT,
though. They also don't do DLL builds (probably because of potential
licensing issues.)
