(!) Interoperability Patches for RMI

hi!
I have improved the rmi interoperability patches and am going to send
them to the patches mailing list. So please don't apply my older rmi patches.
The two different javas now talk via rmi quite well. I have tested them with
my interop testsuite and with one of my 'commercial' java applications -
which uses rmi a lot. The application works no matter which java 
you use for clients and servers.
The interop testsuite now includes a 'hardcore' callback test with 
multiple threads and server to client callbacks...
