gij does not run gjdoc with new gnujaxp

Hi,
I've been working on merging gnujaxp and libxmlj to have transformation
with gnujaxp. libxmlj is mostly bindings to GNU libxslt. gnujaxp has
been compiled with gcj, gcjh and gcc.
The test has been made on Debian unstable powerpc with cvs gcj from
March:
$ gij --version
