If this is to be a stable ABI it needs to be documented, with some
indication of what is implemented and what remains to be done.
Ideally there should be both an informal overview and a detailed
complete specification. The former might be a useful paper for
the Gcc developer's conference, or the Usenix VM conference (not
this year of course) or both.
