configure options

I've tried to recover the documentation for gcc/gcj where the configuration
options are explained in full and in long.
I've looked at Mohan's configurations and I'd like to read up on what the
exact meanings are of the following options && the interaction between the
options. For example, "--enable-libgcj versus --disable-shared". What is the
interpretation?
Does anybody know where to find the full explanation?
--build=i686-pc-linux-gnu
--with-gcc
--with-gnu-as
--with-gnu-ld
--with-as=/datal/gcc/build/crossgcc/bin/mingw32-as
--with-ld=/datal/gcc/build/crossgcc/bin/mingw32-ld
--disable-nls
--disable-win32-registry
--disable-shared
--disable-debug
--disable-multilib
--without-newlib
--enable-libgcj
--disable-java-awt
--without-x
--enable-java-gc=boehm
--disable-libgcj-debug
--enable-interpreter
--enable-hash-synchronization
