Great stuff. 
1. One might get rid of runtime dependencies to properties files (see go.sh) by 
linking them into the wizard executable. For example, assuming the properties files 
reside in your current directory one might generate object files with these commands:
gcj -c --resource org/eclipse/jface/messages.properties messages.properties -o
objects_dir/properties.o
gcj -c --resource org/eclipse/jface/resource/jfacefonts.properties jfacefonts.properties -o
objects_dir/fonts.o
2. Unfortunately, even a recompiled explorer.exe gives a NullPointerException.
