Did you compile libgcj the same way on both machines?
I'm wondering if you have assertions disabled but he has them enabled.
(These are the internal assertions, not the 1.4 `assert' feature.)

Sure. This is in _Jv_JNI_DeleteLocalRef. It means that the local
reference you are deleting couldn't be found.
