Problem building new SWT on Mohan build

Hi,
as the SWT version included in Mohan's Build is really a old one
(from the eclipse 2.0-release) i tried to rebuild my own swt
(from the eclipse 2.1-release and from the 3.0 M1-build) using
the included build scripts (not cross-compiling but on windows)
the problem is that the built swt-library seems to need the swt.jar
and also the libgcj.jar - file in the classpath
at least it only works on other computers if these files are there
as this doesn't occur with the swt-lib included in mohan's build
i'm asking: why?
I did not change anything significant within the build script (except
for the swt version number of course ;-))
