The last of the troubles in Mohans 20030522 solved

I think I've gotten to the bottom of the last of my problems,
with Mohans 20030522 GCJ build.
The last thing I(with 20030522) did was to:
- copy over all from mingw32 to i686-pc-mingw32 (fixes path issues)
- copy over all files from mingw32\bin (20030409) to
i686-pc-mingw32\bin.
Fixes 0 reloc dll crash.
Mohan: does this merit an update to your build?
