[3.2 branch] bootstrap error using --enable-java-awt=xlib

I'm afraid we don't support --enable-java-awt=xlib in 3.2. Nobody was
using it for a long time, so it slowly stopped working; plus, it was
never complete anyway. These days Scott Gilbertson is working on it a
bit; it will at least build in 3.3.
If you (and/or someone else) wants to back-port the configure fixes to
3.2, go for it.
