The chances are high - especially if someone can submit them as patches
to the mingw-patches list. ;-)
The Win32 API is a humungous beast and considering that w32api is a
ground-up effort to emulate Win32 headers for Cygwin/MinGW, some things
are bound to be left out - when people discover some piece missing, they
are welcome to submit them as patches as long as they don't lift it
straight off a vendor's headers.
