I hope I did it right.
My build sits on a hfs+ partition, the CLASSPATH as well.
I set the PATH to: PATH=/Volumes/OSX0/gcctmp/objdir/gcc
And the CLASSPATH to: 
CLASSPATH=/Volumes/OSX0/gcctmp/objdir/powerpc-apple-darwin6.3/libjava
First I compile gcj -C foo/Bar.java
Ok, works.
Now, after removing foo/Bar.class
gcj -C Foo.java
gcj -C foo/Bar.java
Works also.
I tried it with current 3.3 and 3.4.
Either it works, or I do something wrong?
