extend jni.exp for dynamic libs

Yes. Generally, the test suite is hack city, unless there is a
relatively clean way to find the required information.

There's a way in dejagnu to find the target triplet. I think it is
just a global variable somewhere, but you'll have to look at the
manual to be certain.
