I don't think it has disappeared - AFAICT, it is because we do not have
a DWARF2 Frame Description Entry (FDE) for the functions defined in 
"libffi/src/x86/win32.S", without which the DWARF2 unwinder in GCC
aborts the program. This should disappear if we either provide such 
information or use SJLJ instead.
