Hi,
how do I tell libltdl that GC_dlopen is not here on my OS-X box?
This is with the latest boehm-gc patches. (gc list)
I have a reference to GC_dlopen in ltdl.o, but in the boehm-gc I ifdefed 
 it out. What is the right way to go?
