cvs gcj(win32 & anoncvs issues)

Hi,
I've been having some issues with relatively recent linux2win32 gcj 
crosscompiler. I think it's from Dec3. Basicly win32 iRATE seems to be 
unable to do network connections and is overly crashy. I suspect it's 
because I checked out at a bad time. Have these issues been resolved?
However, I haven't been able to update my cvs for almost a month now. Is 
anon cvs for gcc available still? I've been using 
:pserver:anoncvs@subversions.gnu.org:/cvsroot/gcc . Is there a different 
way to get anoncvs gcc now?
I'm using Mohan's scripts to do builds.
