Java Community Process (JCP) and the JSPA

Hey,
Hasn't this same problem been faced by IBM, Red Hat and other compaines with
people on the JCP (or even the corporations themselves) and the same people
involved on free software projects like Eclipse?
I agree the FSF has to be carefull regarding license issues (many free software
projects are not) but I can't see -- not being an expert in laws -- any
conflict beteen the JCP and copyleft licenses as long as the TCKs are not involved.
