libgcj.dll for MingW GCJ 3.4

Perhaps that's because GCJ expects the DLLs/SOs
containing classes to be loaded dynamically
in files named something like "lib-org-eclipse.so"?
(Maybe "org-eclipse.dll" for Win32?)
See the library containing the XML classes for
example.
I don't think the "solib:" ClassLoader stuff is
in CVS yet, so this might be the only
way to get it working.
