Where to install CNI headers

I didn't want to let this drop, but I don't have the cycles to do the
research on it.
I did manage to realize it doesn't matter to me where the headers
actually end up, provided g++ finds them without any special options.
That's the important bit, I think.
Where does libstdc++ install things for a cross?
Precedents make decisions easier...
