Static linking with JNI-Libs possible?

Hello!
I know I´m asking this twice, but I never got an answer and its very 
important for me.
A JNI-app consits of three parts: "Java-Part" <--> "C-Part" <--> "C-Lib" 
<--> "other dynamic libraries".
So is it possible to link everything except of the "other dynamic 
libraries" into one single executable (with static libgcj) ?
Is this also possible with the mingw32-build?
