Weird NoClassDefFoundError in libjava testsuite

Hello,
I'm getting rather weird errors when executing the test cases
TestEarlyGC.exe and TestLeak.exe:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: loaded class java.lang.Object was in fact named java.lang.Object
and
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.InternalError: Unexpected: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: 
loaded class java.lang.RuntimeException was in fact named java.lang.RuntimeException
Any ideas what this could be all about?
