System.loadLibrary() is not working on the Windows (mingw) platform
right now. I tested it using the last version of mingw (2.0.0) which
includes GCC 3.2 and the beta version of GCJ 3.2 available.
libldlt doesn't exist in the MinGW installation after installing gcc
and gcc-java, although in libldlt README says that win32 is a supported
platform. I don't know why nor what part is responsible for that, but
probably the non existence of libldlt is the reason for
System.loadLibrary() not working for Windows (mingw).
