Sorry, forgot to mention that "binPrograms" are programs
like gij, rmic, rmiregistry, etc. that can only be
run natively. On the other hand, both gcj and gcjh
can run as crosses.

PS: How exactly does one regenerate configure after updating
any of the ".in" files? I could not find a Makefile target
for doing so and merely running autoconf produces something
that is drastically different from what was originally there.
