1.4 Contribution

Hi:
I'd like to contribute to libjava in the near future.
I did intern at Sun, so I was exposed to some of the
original Java source code. Specifically, I saw JDK1.2
and the AWT/applet portion of JDK1.3. I left before
1.4 existed. Would there be any opposition if I
worked on 1.4 features only? Specifically, I'd like
to help with the new XML Long Term Persistence for
JavaBeans.
