printing exceptions?

This change to gcc.c breaks bootstrap on i386-unknown-netbsdelf1.5ZC.
What happens is that the linker gets incorrect options when trying
to link gengenrtl. Before this change it was passed
stage1/collect2 -dc -dp -e __start -dynamic-linker /usr/libexec/ld.elf_so -o gengenrtl /usr/lib/crt0.o /usr/lib/crtbegin.o -Lstage1 gengenrtl.o ../libiberty/libiberty.a -lgcc -lgcc_eh -lc -lgcc -lgcc_eh /usr/lib/crtend.o
and after
