xscale-elf-gcj status: looking good

Whoops. I spoke too soon. I had forgotten that my tree included Adam's
patch to solve an EH problem he discovered on mingw32. His patch simply
backs out a change made by Jason in December, and appears to be
necessary for sjlj-enabled targets. It looks like some C++ code is
being miscompiled (natClass probably).
I'll send a note to Jason and the gcc list.
