Release stuff

	I committed the AIX/Darwin code as target-specific. Moving it to
the branch would be great. The patch did not fix a regression, but is
localized and target-specific. I did not want to move it to the branch
without some comment / input.
	I know that the code does not handle 64-bit AIX yet, but getting
32-bit AIX to work would be an excellent start. I do not think libgcj
will work on AIX until the NO_DOLLAR_IN_LABEL issue is resolved.
