gcj-mingw is ready for inclusion in gcc 3.1

I just submitted a patch to fix this. Now I'm able to build rhug
packages which appear to actually work under wine (xerces examples,
etc). This is cool.
You have to link things by hand though, as libtool isn't quite up to the
job. :-(
