Assuming you have a linux machine with wget, sudo, patch, tar, and
cvs, you can just execute this shell script, and it will automatically
retrieve and install everything you need.

Change the PREFIX value at the top of the script if you don't want
stuff to wind up in /usr/local/gcc. If you're really lazy, and you
trust me,
