3.2 bootstrap failure in libjava on sparcv9-sun-solaris2.8

 The platform in question was sparc64-linux.
No we were talking about Solaris, sparc64-linux does not work in
any publicly available GDB tree. That I can %100 assure you.
I have that platform working fine in that tree, but because the GDB
developers can not work with me, that is where those changes will
stay.
But irregardless of that, it is enabling dwarf2 support by default
if you try to configure a sparc64-linux build.
