Rmi compilation to native code

At one point Warren did a lot of work to make gcj's serialization
compatible with the JDK's. However it is possible that this has been
broken in minor ways since then. What we really need is a
serialization regression tester. Then we can just reject patches that
break serialization.
As to RMI, as far as I know nobody has tried RMI in a gcj or even
Classpath context. I imported the TVT code drop but I never tried it.
