Yep. I'm trying to make all the changes I need to non-win32 stuff,
since that stuff needs approval, and hence goes more slowly and is
more painful/frustrating =). Once that's done, I can sprint through
the rest of the stuff in a single coding/patching binge =)
I'll provide the implementation for _Jv_win32_gettimeofday(); just
leave it blank for now.
